Hello dear how long you have been overweight, do you have any other problem related yo health. Please tell by the time take low fat high fibre, diet devided into 3 main and 3 small meals as wrll take 12-15 glass of water daily. Take proper sleep of 6-8 hrs and do regular physical activity of your choice for at least 50 mnts daily.feel free to duscyss your queries.
