I want to loss weight for PCOS. how can i maintain diet chart. Now my ht is 5'2" & wt is 62kg.BMI s not under control. Exercise i am doing yoga also but i need diet chart

pcod and weight gain go hand in hand . Following a diet regime is extremely important in such cases. cutting foods which have high carbohydrates , gluten , sugar, oil help a lot in this condition. you don't have to eat less you just have to have to eat right .
