Weight gain
This is regarding weight gain from past few years I m gaining weight n i have to work so hard to reduce it..Once reduced in 2 or 3 months again same thing happens..What might be the reason

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Hi dear, to Loose weight consistently you need to follow life style change. You need to consume low calories balance diet and do regular exercise. Cut down fatty foods, and processed foods completely. Also reduce intake of refined flour and sugars. Consume plenty of salads and fruit throughout the day. Keep your self well hydrated. Exercise daily atleast for an hour.
