Weight gain in Baby
Hi, My Baby is 9 months old. He was having 6.8 kg weight at 7 months of age and now after 9 months he has same weight. There is no increment in weight in last 2 months. Is it normal? One doctor suggested to go for some testing to find out route cause behind pause in weight but I am not convinced. Please guide. Currently we are giving him home made cerelac, fruits and mother feed.

It’s not normal. Probably food intake what you are giving is providing less calories. You need to decrease breast feeding and give him home made normal diet. Whatever food is being cooked for other family members should be given to him. He should have 3-4 meals per day besides that one seasonal fruit.
