Need more information abt u like madical history, diet history, veg or nonveg, etc. Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Take 3 main meal and 2-3snacks per day.
