Weight gain
Iam having a very lean body since my birth.So many are suggesting to take alcohol.Is it a good advice? If yes, what type of alcohol i have to take?

you are lean because your BMR is high. your metabolism is too quick to burn down whatever you eat. challange your metabolism. take frequent healthy meals. drink decent amount of water. go ahead with natural protein diet and regular workout. take good amount of carbhydrate and saturated fats. and yes taking alcohal can give you a water retention stage that might seems to you as a weight gain. but ultimately you will be pushing your liver and metabolsm in a very wrong direction. so opt a better, natural and healthy way of weight gain management prog.
