Weight gain i want to increase my weight
I had tuberculosis in my large intestine. I took medicine for 8 months and now I don't have any pain or weakness . however, my problem is that I'm not gaining weight. My weight has been stuck at 40 kg a year now.

Take Kushmandavaleha 1/2 teaspoon twice daily with milk. Regularly have Idli in your breakfast with ghee. Have fruits like banana, pomegranate, grape etc. keep curd in your lunch, better to take with suger. .with this gradually you will gain the weight.
