I want to gain weight,i am 26 years old and my hieght is 5.9 inches,weight is 52kg.i am getting too tired after work.i want to gain weight in healthy way.

Start eating heavy dinner and full proper meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have milk n it's products daily. Take proper amount of roti or rice with dal sabji etc. Do not skip meals. Avoid junk food. Connect to any dietician for personalized diet plan suited best in your lifestyle and body type.
