Weight gain
I lost it by doing crash diets like keto, GM, and no carbs diet advised by a sports nutrition.i have been doing weight training and cardio since 3years. Since six month I left dieting but started gaining it back.. I changed my dietitian and took normal balanced diet.. Even then it still keeps increasing. Now I have become stressed and demotivated.

Hi, Constant crash diet can affect the body adversely.In most cases, it causes major weight gain and difficulty in loosing weight. Apart from that stress is a major cause of concern
