Weight gain
I have gained weight...I was 51kgs when i left my aerobics and In 5 months i m 55kgs my body looks so unbalanced...what should I do to look in shape

Hello, I understand your condition. It is known fact that when you workout you will be fit. The same happened here you had your habit of doing aerobics you have burnt your calories through that and the same amount of food that you are taking now and the calories are being stored in your body. So resume your aerobics and you will get back your form back. Thank you
