Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

At first find out reason of wt loss. Start  exercise and walk early morning and evening. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur metabolism. Add nuts in ur diet. Take high calorie diet.
