I delivered a baby 21 days back . it was a c section . when can I start working out .. Now I started with walking ,breathing exercises (kapalbhati) ,pelvic press ,pelvic bridging and calf streches ..when can I workout full on like jogging gym cross fit training ..

45 days is usually considered as window period. Although it differs from case to case. Post pregnancy first emphesise on endurance & cardiovascular exercise
