Weight gain
I am trying to gain weight but have failed to do so for the past 2 years now. I play basketball and have a high metabolism. I would like to refrain from the supplements too, if possible. Any remedies? Also, is smoking a prime factor for this?

helloo... every body has its own metabolic rate..so few ppl have natural tendency to put on weight and few do not....meet a dietician and get a diet plan...follow strict diet plan...continue your regular exercise...supplements are not necessary...have protein rich food...sprouted pulses,nuts are all good for you
