Weight Gain
I am taking a moderate diet of three meals a day nothing very heavy and maybe 1-2 cups of caffeine. Also, have a good water consumption of 2.5-3 ltr a day. Also, almost no junk snacks throughout the day and getting god sleep of 5-6 hrs a day. I am working in corporate field so my days are hectic and weekends are busy also. I don't exercise much...Just the regular walking and talking stairs for 4 floors instead of lift. I feel tired a lot easily and in the past 40 days I have gained 3-4kgs of weight. I used to be very thin but in the past 2yrs I have gained weight a lot faster and more and it's increasing. What can be the reason for it and possible solutions???

Hello dear, you check your hormone levels are everything in order or not. Try to include little more physical activity than before like 40min a day for 4days a week.
Next Steps
Reduce the cereal intake like roti or rice. Increase more good protein like dal n sprouts, if non veg then eggs, fish or lean meat.
Health Tips
Consult a dietician after you check the hormonal levels for proper weight loss diet plan. You can connect to me too, as I am also from Delhi.
