I am just of 19 years but bcoz of my weight i look very old i want to loose weight but i dont have time for work out n i sit n study for many hours continuously so what all food i should include in my diet to burn my fat and can u recommend me work out of just 15min-30min n how can i loose weight faster plzzzz help me n thankyou
