Weight gain

I am 6ft tall and I weigh 65 kgs, I want to increase my weight what fruit or vegetable is best suited for gaining weight in healthy way. Please if any other food that is health and gains weight I would love to know. I am vegetarian.

Hi thanks for your query. U can increase your cereals by quantity like whole wheat, rice,maize,oat,chattu. etc. add dry fruits in mid afternoon. banana, mangoes, grapes are helpful. potatoes, avocados are good. some home pade polao, fried rice can be taken. khicdi, Dalia,porridge are good.sleep min 8 hrs.
