Hi - u need High calorie diet should be rich in carbohydrate & protien. eat enough more rice / rice products at home, khicdi, poha,Porridge, whole wheat alu parotha, add banana, egg, add butter, & ghee in rice at each meal. max servings fruits ,green salad, mix vegetables , dal, legumes, nuts, dry Fe are helpful. fruits juices, some organic, plant based protien u should add. dairy products like chana, cream paneer, curd helfile. sleep min 8/ hrs.
