I am 14 years old and my height is 162cm. I am overweight. I weigh 78kgs. I need to lose my weight otherwise it will effect my health adversely. Plz suggest me a diet to lose my weight .

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Hi Your weight should be in between 57-62kgs. Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's and sweets and cold drinks chocolates. Eat less and exercise more Eat in small quantity Drink water 16glasses daily. Send me your recent medical reports.
