“Hey, I am a 23-year-old girl with a weight of 42.5 kg and a height of 5’1”. I want to gain weight, but despite my efforts, I haven’t been successful. Can you recommend Ayurvedic supplements that can help me? I have no medical issues or history, and everything is normal as per my check-ups. I am unable to consult a doctor directly, so I would appreciate supplement recommendations only.”
