Hello doctor, I'm 17 now. I am 6 feet 2 inch .my weight is not up to the mark .my weight is 63. what can i do to increase my weight. what kind food is preferable. but i eat a lot. still i didn't gain weight. or is there any medication? please let me know as soon as possible

you need to add good quality proteins in your food with proper cooking methods. do regular workout or physical activity for 50 mnts and with milk with some good protein supplement.

1- first you have to take a proper intake of protein rich diet that includes full cream milk with endura mass or proteinx,egg,leaned meat. 2- try to increase carbohydrate rich diet. 3- include banana in your diet as it contain good amount of calcium and fat and carbohydrate as well as banana is anti depressive too. 4- do yoga it may also help in gaining weight.
