Hello doctor, I am 23 years old (female) and weight 46 kg. My height is 5'5".I look too thin,specially face & wrists & whenever there is a rise in weight it's in the lower part of my body,specially hips and that too in width, which gives me a peer shape.How can I gain mass in right proportions? Plz help.

Hi thanks for your query. First thing u get body mass by having proper diet plan, should be well balanced. Take high calorie foods like cereals rice,chapati, flakes, take in break fast oat,Dalia. Take enough good vegetables, fruits. Add butter,ghee 2 tsf with your rice/breads. Take high calorie foods like banana, apple,eggs whole 2 PCs,milk products like chana,paneer etc. Take nuts,almonds, dry fruits. Sllep 8 hours.no stress. Kichdi, fried rice home made, cream based few snacks.fresh water,warm foods always helpful
