Daily I take sufficient proteins. I have fruits,dry fruits, egg, chicken in my diet, even after having proper food no change in my weight. Actually I have lost 1kg compared to 1 year before from now.
I don't know what might be the reason, can anyone suggest the solution to gain weight . I am ready to consult the doctor for checkup
