What diet should I follow to lose weight? I am 20 years old. I weight about 87 kgs and my height is 175 cms. I don't look fat but I need to reduce my weight anyway. Please suggest me.

hello there. have a high protein diet, divide your meals in 5 smaller meals, brisk walking upto 20 mins per day. cut down in rice, have chapati. include salads in ur diet. for further help, consult a dietician. regards
