I need to loss weight in 2 weeks time, right now my weight is 86 kg and i am 5 ft 8 inch tall, I can follow some diet plans in the morning i go for a morning walk what else can be done to reduce the weight faster in a safe way. Also suggest me some diet food which can be taken & can I eat non veg

According to your height your ideal weight should be 67 kgs.take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
