Weakness in whole body
I am very skinny and very weak, I have less stamina. when ever I do some work like up and down from building by stairs, I get very tired. Yesterday I played cricket for 1 hour and after that I was like im getting die. what should I do? I am 18.8 years old but my weight is only 49 KG and my height is 5'6 which is very tiny for me...
