Last month i had chicken pox, after that i am suffering from weakness of upper limbs and lower limbs.

Usually there will be Myalgia following any viral illness. U might behaving that. It may last from few weeks to few months very unpredictable. Check your Vitamin D levels. Sometimes low Vitamin D also causes such symptoms.
