Weakness and muscle pain
From 2 days i feel weak. My legs are in pain nd muscles have also pain. I got ulcer on tongue as i think it is due to heat as from last 15 days i dont have proper lunch. And also my teeth has become whitish in colour and 2-3 month ago my hb was 8. I have habit of smoking and chewing tobacco. So suggest me is it problem related to nutrition or other reason. And if other reason kindly suggest me which type of doctor shoul i prefer. Thank you

Hi ...low Hb is a cause of lethargy and loss of energy, tiredness in body. In this weather, exposure to heat and sun leads to heat exhaustion the symptoms of which are dizziness, tiredness, headache, muscle pains because of low electrolytes.so your symptoms could be because of heat exhaustion coupled with underlying anaemia. First of all, drink plenty of fluids- juice, coconut water, fresh lime, lassi, chhach etc.Eat fruits and vegetables rich in water like watermelon, melon, cucumber etc. Increase your intake of iron rich food. You can consult me privately for treatment and diet counselling.

Hello User!! Firstly the symptoms clearly indicate low iron stores leading to lethargy. Up your fluid intake to stay hydrated and include fresh fruits and vegetables with a high moisture (water) content such as watermelon, oranges, sweetlime, cucumber etc. Also increase the intake of leafy vegetables, include nuts and whole grains. Another very important thing to take into account is smoking and tobacco. Both of these habits will further reduce your heamoglobin as they reduce oxygen availability. Its crucial for you to undergo lifestyle changes rather than following tips. I would be able to help you out better if you could connect with me through practo direct. A complete consult will help us understand your dietary habits and thus provide the best quality of modifications required for you. Thank you. Hope this helps :)
