Weak Immune System
I am very susceptible to minor changes in season and environment as I catch cold and cough very easily. I was an Asthamtic and stop taking medicines when I was 15 and since then I have no problem. For past 1-2 years I feel that my immune system is going weaker. What could be a possible solution for that ?
