Hello doctor when I go for cbc in my report wbc is found slight low it's come 3.94 what's is the reason and is it to be worry ?

Its only mildly low and it depends on the symptoms you have to rule out any chance of viral infection or infection like typhoid, so basically merely seeing the CBC cant help to reach a diagnosis. Its not very low though, or you can even repeat the Total count of WBC once more if no symptoms currently.

Repeat WBC total count, consult with a Physician if you got any symptoms.
