Asked me to fast of which I started yesterday (Monday)6-12pm.this morning I worked up to feel pains and some watery substance in between my abdomen. Please what the problem cause??thank you

Total bed rest till threatened abortion is ruled out
Get blood tested for beta hcg hormone levels
Abstinence till healthy
It can be just a discharge which is more during pregnancy
