Water sloshing and gurgling sound

I heard lot of of water sloshing sound or gurgling sound while press or deep breathing after completing my bowel moment...it's audible to outside...I have gastritis problem lot of flatulence goes away.. After eating if I press stomach some sound coming kadak kadak sound...in empty stomach I feel water reach stomach suddenly sound comes... I don't have any weight loss vomit and nausea.. Recently stomach burning These sound nearly few years No constipation My stool is pale green colour My doubt few years I feeling Y sound coming
