I have been overweight from last 4-5 years. But I didn't have any health problem so far. When I was nearing to obesity I decided to start my workout and I am doing still. I was weighing 81 kg 5 months back. Since decided to loose weight I am standing in 75-76.
Now I am effected with two problems
1. Short breath- I feel the my breath get exhausted and sometimes breathing gets very difficult to me.
2. Water retention in my legs. There is water retention in my both legs especially in the right leg.
