Water Intake
From 7:00 P.M to till now i have drink almost 2-3 liters water so frequent urination starts till now i have 3 and still feel to urinate now i want to decrease it please help me i am feeling weak due to frequent urination.

Try hydration over 24 hours rather than over a small duration . Especially in later evening is more troublesome . It is normal to urinate more if intake is more
