Warts on toes and fingers

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have skin growth on toes and fingers.it looks like smooth skin with roundspot in middle.I consulted a dermatologist,she just took a look and said it was warts and suggested to apply podowart paint on alternative days. I am getting troubled, as these warts cause pain while walking or when ever pressure is applied.these are also spreading to other fingers.please suggest how to get rid of warts.is there any treatment to get relief
