Wantt o increase height
I am 20 yr old and 5 ft 2inch. I tried to grow taller few months ago, 250 times skipping a day and a homeopathic medicine 'Barita carb 30' for few months. But didn't get better results.can I still grow though any way? If yes then please help me I can do anything... Please

Hi,
Height can't be increased aft a certain age. Once the bones are fused,there is no space for them to grow.
Don't waste time.
Better work on weight management, grooming to seem tall, overall personality development
Baryta carb is used for stunted growth, developmental delay , its not adviced to take any meds without a doctors advice.
