Want weight loss by diet.
I am 30 yrs old girl. My height is 5`2" . I am 80 kg. Want to loose weight by dieting. Is it possible ? I love to eat food. How can I controlled myself to eating ? May I join gym ?

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. if you love food no problem you can enjoy lot of healthy recipes which are tasty as well .ask me directly for detailed diet plan for you.

Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely
