I am 5', 29yrs old female. My weight is 70kg. I want to reduce my weight by 10-15KG. I do ~20min of stretches and pranayam in the morning and 20-25min on elliptical machine and 15min on exercise bike daily (5 days a week).
I usually eat less (as in, I feel hungry even after a meal) and try to have minimal carbohydrate.
Is this right?

Take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

My suggestion to you is to first d-worm your body. Then eat every 2hrs. Chose more alkaline and fibre rich food. Continue exercising. I m sure you will achieve your goal. Tx
