Want to loss weight
I am a working women.. Monday to Friday I do my breakfast at around 8:30 am. In breakfast I have Tea, 1paratha and little sabji .. In lunch monday to Friday I eat 2 paratha/Roti, sabji and one sweet. Evening tea at 8 pm, then Dinner 10:30 ( Rice, daal, sabji, and fish/egg/meat.. What would be the ideal diat for me to reduce my weight 3-5 kg ..

Hi dear You haven't mentioned your height and weight. And your diet is not balanced diet. Roughly it has Calories 800kcal Proteins 20gm For ideal person calories must not be below 1000kcal and protein 0.8gm per kg body weight so if you are 65kg then you need 52gm protein. You are having calorie and protein deficit diet. This will stuck you weight and reduce your stamina. Have balanced diet.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet .
