Want to lose weight, and gain muscle
I'm 19 years old male, height _5.10' , weight 83kg. I'm a non vegetarian, I want to lose weight, and gain muscle at the same time if possible, since I have been working out in the gym. Please suggest me a diet to maintain so that can reap the benefits. Thank you
