First of loosing weight is not possible by few days but a consistent effort & balance diet chart as per recommend ed dietary energy. Take 1800kcal I.e low calorie diet plan. Low rice ,brown breads, rice,Dalia,oat,porridge not more than 200gm/day. Take quality protien like dairy products, plenty of vegetables & gourd family vegetables, Should be enough FIBRES 7 gm raw daily. Yogart,curd,,white egg no yolk.less potato & under ground vegetables. No banana, grapes NO dry fruits,no fast,out side ,junk,cream based foods biriyani, fried products, beverages, cold drinks shold not be consumed..most important ly free hand exercises min one hr & evening half N hr compulsory.
