Want to loose weight
I am 87 kgs. Unmarried. I hv tried to loose weight no. Of times....but it takes strict diet , a lot of exercise and alot of time then only I loose some weight! I get disappointed n leave the regime. I get back to my normal life and put on weight. I suffer from asthma so I can't do excessive or hard core. My metabolism is very slow....

Eat small frequent meals atleast every 2.5 to 3 hrs.Increase intake of fruits and vegetables atleast 3 fruits and 5 vegetables a day.Drink 8-10 glasses of water.Sleep atleast 8hrs in the night.Include fiber rich foods and avoid processed products.Reduce carbs abd increase protein intake.Exercise for atleast 1hr in a day.

Hello,those who are asthmatic usually takes inhaler which contains steroids like beclamethasone ,steroids might be reason for weight gain .You need fresh environment out of city , do breathing exercises so that usage of inhaler should be reduced , have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat .Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries.
