Want to loose weight
Hi dctr, I'm Thyroid patient and my weight is 75kgs and want to loose weight and flat tummy, I hv bloated stomach, Bcoz most of the Tym I feel acidity, heart burning and gas. I'm not able to do exercises also Bcoz of cervical prblm, so Pls suggest

For reducing wt follow healthy diet and little walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Due to thyroid avoid certain vegetables like broccoli , cabbage, spinach, beetroot, cauliflower, sprouts, radish etc. Due to acidity & related problems avoid oily & junk food. Include alkali food like vegetables

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals .Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Firstly under functioning thyroid levels slows down your metabolism and therefore weight gain occurs..so start having fennel seeds water ( saunf water) in the morning on an empty stomach to get relief from bloating and gas, besides that eat small meals, avoid binging...and exercise is a must ..also avoid vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower , broccoli, turnips..for cervical pain get proper assessment done , can take physiotherapy treatment for few days and continue with therapeutic neck exercises!

Hi..  We need to start with healthy balanced diet and take care of thyroid,  and gastric issues as mentioned...  As these are the root cause of weight gain Once these taken care,  weight loss will be the result and that too permanent
