Want to loose weight
After delivery i have put on my wight almost 16 kgs. But now i want to loose my weight in 5 months.before my sisters wedding..wht should i do.

What is your height and weight . how old is your baby r u still feeding .yes its important to lose post pregnancy but in healthy way taking care of nutrition. I can help u with 4-5 KGS weight loss in month that too in healthy way without compromising on your baby andyour health

Hello There. I can understand your concern. you have not mentioned your present weight and height and when did you deliver. are you suffering from any medical conditions like hypothyroidism etc? proper diet and cardio work out would be needed for you to lose weight. have a high protein and low carbohydrate, high fibre diet. avoid foods with high glycemic index like rice, coconut etc. drink lots of water. have 2 cups of green tea in a day. divide your meals into 5 smaller portions and try to include as much of fruits and vegetables in your diet as possible. don't sleep immediately after food let there be atlas 2 hours gap between dinner and sleep. cardio workout like jogging, running, jumping, lunges, skipping would be of great help in burning calories. if you are breast feeding, please continue to do so as it will also help in reducing weight. try to play any sport like badminton etc for atlas 20-30 mins a day. Post delivery gaining weight is common. If your feeding your baby regularly, that itself helps you reduce weight. Here are other tips for you to reduce weight. Obesity is becoming common health issue in india. Sedentary lifestyle, unhealthy fried foods, oily foods, high calorie intake, al this makes you gain weight. Weight reduction- u can reduce weight upto 2kgs per month without compromising on health. Don't reduce more than this in one month as it will affect your health and even rebound gaining of weight is also possible. -regular workouts atleast half an hour per day for atleast 5days in a week.- avoid fried, oily foods, packed foods. - restrict calorie intake according to your work. -have regular frequent small meals( helps you by increasing your bmr) - never ever starve as it reduces your basal metabolic rate and in turn leads you to gaining weight. - have more water as it helps your metabolism. - have foods which help reduce weight like lemon juice, ginger, coriander juice, green leafy vegetables, green tea.
