Please visit your treating physician. TB medications can cause acidity and gastritis which can lead to vomiting, however it is best that you do a liver function test and show it to the doctor. The medications can lead to orangish red urine.

Red to dark orange urine might happen due to TB treatment medications. Vomiting is a side effect but if its severe and recurrent you need to get his LFT done. Symptomatic treatment with antiemetics is suggested.Review with LFT reports
