Want to have more power
I am fat and want to loose weight but i domt want to get ill by doimg dieting... i eat lots of sweets but i dont eat junk food much as i like home stuff.... first i wamt to lnow that is jaggery a sugar free product and gives more energy and my weight in sides is more  how can i loose it as i do exercise.

Losing weight is a long journey. If you keep patience, eat healthy food and exercise, you will achieve ideal body weight:). Jaggery belongs to sugar group but yes you can use a replacement for normal sugar. It contains good amount of iron. Try to minimize your intake of sweets or cravings. Drink /sip plain water more.(10 to 12 glasses per day). Avoid carbonated drinks. Sleep well and be stress free.
