I have a busy schedule as i am student, i don't get enough time to eat and i really want to gain weight

Improve with qualty of food like divide your time with choices of food. Morning brkfst -3days egg whites or soyabean or oatmeal milk, 3days-flakes multigrain with fruit 1 day banana shake. Dinner- 2 chapatis with veg.
