Want to gain weight
I'm 21 years old, 5'8" but my weight generally ranges from 46-48 kgs. I want to gain some weight because my hands, waist, thighs are thin. My lifestyle is very active, as a student I have to do journeys more than 60kms per day by bus and train. So I want to know what to eat and how much? My digestion is very weak, most of the times I face gas and acidity problem. Suggest me a food chart.

Hi there, your digestion issues can be due to your erratic n hectic schedule for the day you follow. In order to gain weight and also to keep away from gas n Acidity, you need to have well balanced diet. Have small n frequent meals throughout the day. Have banana, milk shakes, fruit custard, smoothies, soyamilk, milk n other dairy products, whole wheat roti, barley, jowar or ragi roti or porridge made outvof those cereal. If you are non vegetarian then you can have 2 whole egg daily. Fish n chicken 3days /week. Avoid empty calories like sweets, cold drinks n maida products. This will help you if you follow it regularly.
