Hi, Don't go for supplements. Make necessary dietary changes instead. Increase protein consumption through natural foods. Have a glass or two of milk or shakes or smoothies everyday. Also consume other dairy products. Increase the size of your meal portions. Eat various dry fruits and nuts everyday. You can contact me for a diet plan Regards

Hi. Weight gain these days seems to be more difficult than weight loss. Though difficult, but not impossible to achieve. A good diet with high good quality animal protein, with sufficient amount of carbohydrate to spare use of protein for energy ,aided with good quality fats, coming more from invisible sources like nuts and oil seeds, as well as including essential fats like n3 amd n6 (eg: walnuts, flax seeds, fatty fishes, olive oil, etc.) all together can help in a sustained weight gain.
