Hi stop using it.. tobacco through smoking ya chewing will cause cancer.. use orbit wen ever u feel like chewing.. u can’t stop at once so taper d dose.. n stop on spam of 15 days. Whenever u feel like chewing distract ur mind by doing something interesting.. nothing is impossible when u have d will to do..
