Dear Practo User, The ideal form of exercise for PCOS is moderate exercises (don't have to begin with strenuous activity otherwise there are more chances of discontinuing it )  and brisk walking is example of one of those.Others can be yoga, aerobics. This has to be done for at least 30 mins daily and should be accompanied with a diet modification which should include cutting down carbs, sugars and fats and should be  at frequent small intervals.
Next Steps
PCOS  will improve if you manage to reduce 10-15% of your body weight.
